As Marc Miller, president of New York-based InSite Advertising said, “In a restroom for one to three minutes, we own you. It’s a liability to turn left or right at a urinal.

All jokes aside, telling potential employees how awesome your company is with an ad in local restaurants, movie theaters, ballparks, etc. is a great way to drive folks to your job postings.

The first step is to make sure that you chat with the media company that owns the advertising space where you want to advertise. They will work out an agreement with you on what type and size of poster work best and they will also negotiate how long your poster can remain in that spot.
